Grade 8 Art students have done an awesome job creating acrylic paintings on wood panels for our pop art unit!
Please remember to finish your artist statement and hand this in with your completed piece!
We also created original, collaborative works of art for Orange Shirt Day (Monday, September 30th) that will be displayed in a gallery exhibit to recognize the lasting impact of the residential schools in Canada.

We have had a great week so far in 3D Art 8!
Students created artist trading cards, using a variety of art materials and techniques that allow their unique creative styles to flourish.
Next week, we start learning about the Pop art movement.
